The club start every meeting
with a social hour or (share your hobby time) at 6:00 p.m.
6:30 p.m. We have a live auction (you must be a member to enter items in the auction and it is limited to 5 items or less per meeting) and anyone can purchasse items during the auction.
We Serve refreshments during this time - food and drinks.
The membership meeting starts around 7:15 p.m. and it consists of:
General Business
Youth many times have their own break out session.
Short Program
Door Prize Drawings (Junior and Adults)
Bid Board (is also available for members to sell coins and anyone in attendance may buy them. The Bid Board is open till the end of the meeting.
